How To - Create Progress Reports for a Class
This document outlines how any user can create progress reports for an individual class roster. Additionally, Progress Reports can be created administratively for the entire student body roster and can also be created by any user for individual students. Progress reports can be sent via email for the given students to any contact addresses housed in JumpRope.
To create progress reports for a class:
Navigate to JumpRope -> Classes and select the desired class.
Select Mastery and then Print to open the Print Progress Report Wizard.
For Include Classes, select to include only scores for this class for students on this roster or to include All Sections; a full, multi-class report of scores for the students on this roster.
Output Options (including sending via email) -
- Duplex - Adds extra blank page where needed to accommodate duplex (front-to-back) printing.
- Send Email to Students - It is recommended that reports are downloaded and previewed prior to toggling on the option to email. If toggled on, it will include an extra step in the wizard after generating the reports that allows the report to be emailed to student and/or family contact emails stored in JumpRope. There are multiple checks through this process; toggling here does not send the emails yet, you must confirm by clicking SEND in the last step. If toggled off, you can create and download the PDF files to preview. Once previewed, go through the wizard again and toggle on to send via email.
